- Accessed from a freight elevator and dug with a walk behind machine, with a cleaner to allow it to work in a restricted environment.
- The complete remodel of the 7000 sq. ft. of kitchen with 32’ high ceilings while they maintained operations.
- The area was partitioned into several phases and the staff moved from phase to phase as they were completed.
- The upper sections of the walls were framed with heavy gauge framing and finished with drywall and frp.
