Old City Hall
- Interior Renovation:
- Removed the historic wainscot paneling as needed in over twenty locations on four floors: labeled, stored and replaced it without the need to have one piece remanufactured.
- Repaired the two foot wide pipe chases in these same locations from floor to the ceilings (an average of 20’ in height) working around the plaster crown mold and repairing in as needed.
- Removed carpet for floor access and replaced the concrete fill over the below floor piping in the same room and into the adjacent rooms, then replaced the carpet.
- Repaired finishes, painted and restored the rooms to their original condition.
- The building was occupied during construction although most of the rooms were empty.
